READ: Kids can become vets at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo!

ZSL Whipsnade Zoo is giving young people the chance to become zoo vets this half-term.
Vets In Action
From 10-18 February, as part of Vets In Action, a new role-playing experience will teach you how to examine, x-ray and perform treatments on different animals.
At the Animal Hospital, you’ll also be able to watch the Zoo’s team of expert vets conduct a health-check on a replica lion and operate on a chimpanzee soft toy.
Interesting talks
Talks about animal medicine and how the Zoo’s 3,000 animals stay fit and healthy are also being held as part of the week’s activities.
